- Stand and stretch during morning announcements
- Get students to stand by their desks and do i.e.: 20 heel raises, 10 jumping jacks, 10 Cross Lateral Movements (touch elbow to opposite knee)
- Have an imaginary snowball fight! Make an imaginary snowball and throw it at as many people as you can!

- Toppling Tree Pose
