Where can you find Active Start in action around the Pembina Trails School Division?

Ecole Crane - The students and staff of Ecole Crane have been participating in Active start since 2011. each day begins with 10 minutes of activity after the first bell. For the most part, simply waling and jogging outside has been the activity. The exercise and fresh air were expected benefits, but the opportunity to connect with students before the day starts and having many parents support the initiative and participate with us have been among the unexpected ones. When the wind chill is too high to go outside, alternate activities (dances, DVD's) are planned in the classroom for 10 minutes at the beginning of the day.
